HEPMAD22 - 12th High-Energy Physics International Conference (10-16 October 2022, Antananarivo - Madagascar)
Initiated in 2001, the HEPMAD Conference Series aim to promote High Energy Physics (HEP) in Madagascar.
It is an extension of the QCD - Montpellier Conference where different experimental and theoretical aspects of HEP are discussed which are complemented to non-HEP local researches on Applied Nuclear Physics, Astronomy, Climatology and Oceanography, Sustainable Energies and Environment, This year we have added a session on the impact of COVID 19.
It involves about 50 participants where about 15 come from abroad.
The talks are both an introductory to the subject and a presentation of recent results in the field.
The conference is also an opportunity for the particpants for discovering the endemic and rare flora and fauna of Madagascar.
